About Me

Hi, My name is Arvind. I am an ACE certified Fitness trainer with 7+ Years of Experience in bodybuilding and fitness, I have given physical training and created diet charts for multiple males and females. During this journey, I got a lot of technical and nutrition-related experience which I want to share with you here. My primary and only goal is to create a happy and healthy fitness community. 

CHALLENGES I AND EVERYONE FACE

One of the biggest challenges everyone faces, when a person decides to get fit in their life whether the goal is related to losing weight or gaining weight, is, “Where to start?”

I remember when I hit the Gym for the first time in 2016, I was so skinny and I couldn’t even squad once, It was so embarrassing and painful that I wanted to quit, and to be honest, I even quit for 2 weeks. But, then I decided that this is one of the things which I want to do because I am not that tall so at least I want to remain fit. I went, and Thank God I went and I fell in love with being Fit.

I am proud of my physique, Yes it is not that catchy or all muscly. I am just Fit and I am satisfied with the way I look which was always my goal. 

Living in my daily life, I get hit by this question again and again: “what have I achieved so far in my life?” And I am sure everyone asks this question once in their lifetime. This physical body and knowledge and health are my answer for it, Whenever I go and remove my T-shirt in front of the mirror I feel, Yes I have done something in my life, and here is the tangible proof of that.

I want this feeling to be shared with everyone, because, “Believe me, being healthy is much more than just a physical appearance. It is an art, a discipline, a meditation, a love all at the same time.”
